I am receiving the same error, I am running a full version and
fairly
normal downloads i.e. 2 links deep, staying in domain, ignore
TTL. Have
tried a number of different settings but always receive the same
event
log (ID 13107) one at the scheduled start time and one a minute
after. I
have been unable find any reference to this error can anyone
help.
