SQL connectivity

Hi all
We have remote sql servers so we are connecting to the servers through the
static ip address but after installation of ISA as our gateway of LAN I cannot
connect to the SQL server which is at client side. In the ISA server i have
only the ISA.
i had made protocol rules for MS Sql protocol then also i didnot suceed....
What can i do.........
