That's fine...I just wanted to be sure it was a manual process vs an
automated purge somewhere inside ISA.

HI,

What you will have to determine is what to purge from your sql logs.  ie 404
errors, caching errors, error code 12202 etc.

Then you will have good data to use for reporting.

Just curious as to the maintenance and or size limitations of logging ISA
services to SQL Server. 

I just switched over to this and within a minute the database is already at
15 megs.  While this isn't large, at this rate it will become insanely large
in a matter of weeks/months.

Is the procedure to just backup the database then clear out the old data
after X amount of days? 

Logging to text files creates some rather large files, but at least they got
deleted after a week or so.
