I run this at home, Does your client resolve names using internet DNS
Server If so do have DNS forwarders enabled.
You also have to point the Gateway of client PC's to the IP address of
the ISA Server itself.

Yes, Isa Server is connected via Dial UP to Internet, but my interna
clients still couldn't see internet. I read your Configuring ISA Server
Interface Settings article, I did the same for my internal NIC.
My ISA Server is in PDC computer too. DNS server still is in this
computer.
