Does ISA connect to the Internet via dial-up?

I have only one NIC. i clients I set a getwaway address to my internal ISA
server IP. I installed ISA server in firewall mode. but my internal SNAT
clients can't see internet (they can't ping, smtp, pop3, ftp to internet)
where is my fault?
