SMTP problem with certain domains only echange 5.5 and microsoft smtp

Hi AL
I am trying to send mail "x@xxxxx" but my smtp LOGS reports "host
unreachable".
I am using ISA and exchange 5.5. other domains are sending OK and incoming
mail works for all domains.
on inspection of my firewall logs i see the following:
time destination isa server
8:28:43 212.4.208.114 196.36.168.2 Tcp 39681 113 SYN
BLOCKED 196.36.168.2
8:28:46 212.4.208.114 196.36.168.2 Tcp 39681 113 SYN
BLOCKED 196.36.168.2
8:28:52 212.4.208.114 196.36.168.2 Tcp 39681 113 SYN
BLOCKED 196.36.168.2
212.4.208.114 are the domain i am tring to send to
I have no packet filters blocking anything to this IP. http works fine
