SMTP Filter Configuration

I try to configure ISA Server to deny the reception of mail from a
specific address.
Therefore I go to 'SMTP Filter-Users/Domain' and I add the non desired
e-mail address.
When I confirm, ISA does not save the modifications.
I try also to configure IIS whith the SMTP Virtual Server, but the problem
is the same.
Did someone have a solution for this problem ?
