No, if you are not using iis on the isa machine (which is not
recommended anyway, then you need to have iis on a 3rd server and
install smtp configured to forward mail to your mail server and then
install the message screener.

        Hi steve, could you explain it more ?

        I Want to filter SMTP trafic from my ISA Server to my EXCHANGE
server, that is inside my fake Network.

        What do you meen by "Remote IIS Box" ? I don't have IIS on the
Exchange machine. (I am suposing that the remote that you meean is the
exchange machine).
