SMTP Error Messages in ISA Application Log

Good Afternoon Everyone:
I an receiving scores and scores of the following two error types in the
Application Event Log on my ISA Server Windows SP3, ISA SP1:
Event ID: 20031 An unknown SMTP command
Event ID: 20033 The SMTP command exceeded its allowed length
This does not appear to be an error message for concern as all mail is moving
perfectly but is there a way to avoid this error message?
