SMTP 550 5.7.1 errors

To all experts in exchange/SMTP/ISASERVER:
I have the following configurations:
ABC Company has Windows 2k, Exchange 2K, ISASERVER, mail is using SMTP
Customer has Windows NT, Exchange 5.5 using IMAP, exchange server has
two nic cards, one connected through their network and the other
directly connected to the internet. (no proxy server).
All users at ABC Company has no problem sending e-mail to customer.
Users at customer who send e-mail to ABC Company sometimes gets the
attached e-mail below. They try several times and sometimes e-mail will
get through but claims they get NDR most of the time.
Any help is highly appreciated.
