I've done several of these, both as in-place upgrades and upgrades to
new hardware. There is a white paper on the 1st CD that will take you
through the upgrade process step-by-step. Follow it and everything will
go smoothly. I have had no difficulties with the upgrade. Be sure to
make a good full backup first though; it's always best to have
insurance.
