Restriction Web Pages.

Hello everybody, I have a question about ISA. I don´t know if I can restrict
the web access for users, only to the webs that are authorized for myself.
Example: I want that the administrative users, only can navigate for the
www.citibank.com <http://www.citibank.com/> and the technical support only
can navigate in www.microsoft.com <http://www.microsoft.com/> and
www.isaserver.com <http://www.isaserver.com/>
Is that possible?
