Restoring ISA configuration

Hello friends
Is it possible to save and restore ISA Server configuration using an
VBScript or something else? I know ISAinfo.vbs, but what i'm really needing is
a way to make changes in the ISA configuration using a command line program.
Any help will be very apreciated.
