Try a program called Active Ports.  It lets you see what ports you have in
use and what the application is that is using them.  You can even kill the
process from there, and then restart your services.  It's great when
Netmeeting hangs on your local system and you can't reboot, since for some
reason it'll kill the process even when Task Manager can't.

Hi Rob,

Check if IIS or another web server is running on the box.  That's what is
most likely listening on port 80.  Remove or prevent the IIS service from
running on ISA server.
