Be happy you get reports! My Isa server just out of the blue stopped
making reports altogether, even when I tell it
To make one! However when I did get reports they had the same thing in
them so your not alone:)

Good morning,

I am having a few few problems with the reports in ISA Server. On some
reports, it will come up with UNKNOWN Protocols, UNKNOWN Operating
Systems and UNKNOWN Browsers.

Also, in the Top Web User report it will come up with the IP address
instead of the User Name.

Do you know of any fixes or downloads, which can help me on this matter?

Kind Regards

Paul
