Reporting within ISA Server

Good morning,
I am having a few few problems with the reports in ISA Server. On some
reports, it will come up with UNKNOWN Protocols, UNKNOWN Operating Systems
and UNKNOWN Browsers.
Also, in the Top Web User report it will come up with the IP address
instead of the User Name.
Do you know of any fixes or downloads, which can help me on this matter?
