Reporting Again...

I really want to be able to use the web publishing features rather than
just publishing servers (which is what I do so I can get accurate
webtrends reports because to the server it looks as if all requests are
coming from ISA).
Is anyone doing any kind of full featured reporting against the ISA
logs? Can I get these great reports if I analyze them with webtrends?
Our version supports msproxy2.
Any thoughts on this are appreciated.
