This is a very common problem with ISA. I have seen this problem many times in this list. CHeck from your task manager if , REPEGN or DAILYSUM task is still active. If so your CPU utilization will hit 100%. Most probably the problem is with one of the log files. If any of the above task is active, end the task manually. Check upto which dat the Daily summaries are created this will give you an idea as to which log file is locking up the process.
