My reports are working but I want to know what log files do they read. I am
using web publishing and server publishing but I see the reports showing
data which is web published. Can I generate report form FWlogs.

I've never been able to get my reports to work. For example I just setup a
new daily report to run now...

It says that it is running, status is successful and the next run time
tomorrow at 14:33 and the last run time is today at 14:33

No reports are generated and when I look in the task scheduler I do not see
any reports scheduled to run.

Very strange!

ISA uses a reporting job to provide data to the reporting function.  The
reporting job runs using the Task Scheduler in Windows.  Might want to check
if the task scheduler service is up and that the Report Task is running.

ReportGenerator
