I have somewhat of the same problem. I've installed the administration
tools locally on my PC and I can not administer the remote ISA server
even though I am an Enterprise Admin and that group is part of the local
Administrators group on the ISA server. It says that I do not have
permissions to admiister that server.

You probably need to be a member of the Schema Admins group as well if
you are running enterprise edition with AD.

I am trying to administrator ISA remotely and it only work with the
administrator login but not my login. I am a member of the domain admins
group. I am sure it is a rights issue but I just can't find it.
