My customer wants to allow (on a locally controlled basis) remote access of his lan. They are now running Proxy Server 2 on Win2K and will not upgrade to ISA Server unless this feature will work. Prior to using the Proxy Server to protect Internet access, the outside company used PCAnywhere, but they will use any easily available software that allows them to make changes on the (NT4 Server which is a domain controller, however the Proxy Server is not in the domain is only a member) for an application they routinely upgrade. Other then physically bypassing the ISA server which really won't help; connectivity is provided by a DSL line and SW Bell provides the DHCP using a private address (192.X.X.X). So I cannot even give a certain IP to contact. Perhaps I could set up PCAnywhere to contact the company, but how would they reverse control? What I really need is a means of RAS. Any help will be appreciated. Larry Thompson
