Remote Routing error

Hi
I am trying to resolve an issue I have with remote Routing on ISA
Server. Whenever I restart the server, the Remote routing service does
not start up. When I start it manually I get the following error in the
eventlog:
Source: RemoteAccess
EventID: 20192
A certificate could not be found. Connections that use the L2TP protocol
over IPSec require the installation of a machine certificate, also
known as a computer certificate. No L2TP calls will be accepted.
Help would be appreciated on forcing the remote routing to start
everytime. We use it for VPN connections.
