Number of reasons .. 1) interdev wont work...i had a whole chain of mails regarding that :) 2) want to force users to use proxy for IE so that can use Surf control to monitor. ( I know I can block anonymos access for HTTP for that ) 3) Cannot browse internal servers with public ip and domain name with securenat (I don't have split dns.. but need to browse with public ip as these servers and web sites are used for testing) So don't really want to use securenat for client machines (except servers of course) Scanbuy Inc Aman Bedi | Systems/Network Administrator (MCP, MCSD, MCSA 2000, MCSA 2003) 54 West 39th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10018 | Fax +1(212) 202-4318 | Phone +1(212) 278-0178 ext 234 | www.scanbuy.com PRIVILEGED & CONFIDENTIAL The information contained in this email message is intended only for use of the person or entity to whom it is addressed. I have published Remote Desktop for a computer. That computer was securenat and firewall client and Remote Desktop was working fine. Now I removed SecureNAt, and the client is only proxy and firewall client, but I am now Unable to remote desktop to it from outside. :-) Any specific reason for this ? Are there any default firewall client settings which are blocking this. ?
