The biggest question is "what OS are the users running"? If you've moved everyone to WinXP Pro, you already have a helpdesk infrastructure in place, but figure those odds, right? While Terminal Server is great for having people connect to us for product demo's and training.. it cannot help with support. We would like to use Conferencing server, but there are so many issues with firewalls and setup on both server/client sides. Just wondering if anyone is aware of a program that will allow our support department to remotely control clients computers, without any special configuration/firewall setup on the clients end? Also keep in mind that we are only a 35-40 person company and are not looking to spend 500-1000 per month.. cheaper the better for my boss J Currently, we have an ISA box as our router/firewall setup for NAT.
