Have you observed the ISA logs for that traffic?
What is the *exact* behavior for your efforts?

Subject: [isalist] Remote Control (VNC) to VPN users

I am running ISA 2004 SP2 and want to use either Remote Desktop and/or VNC to
get to our outside sales reps who VPN every day to take care of technical
issues. I have created a Firewall Policy Access Rule that has RDP (Terminal
Services) as the selected Protocol, the source (From) Internal, the destination
(To) VPN Clients, Users are the IS users, All Content Types.

I am still not able to remotely get to any of the outside sales reps when they
are connected through VPN. I am also running VPN on the ISA server. Is there
anything I am missing? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

John
