Both gotomypc and Webex use TCP 80, making them hilariously easy to configure
to work with ISA.

Has anyone configured ISA for gotomypc? Can you give us some hints on what
things will make it work, I'd like to have a basic sheet with just the
necessities for changes required just for gotomypc.

Thanks,

Look into these:

http://www.webex.com

https://www.gotomypc.com/

These will be the simplest, generally most cost-effective, and easiest to
configure to work with your ISA server. You can always use Timbuktu or
PCAnywhere, but these are not as fast and will require specialized ISA rules.

DO NOT USE NETMEETING REMOTE DESKTOP SHARING! IF ANYONE ASKS YOU ABOUT IT, IT
IS EVIL.

In all seriousness I authored a document on the MANY security pitfalls of using
NetMeeting RDS, if anyone is interested email me directly.

Hope this helps you!

Hi All,
I'm not sure if this is the proper forum for this question but here goes.
I am relatively new at working with networks. I am sort of learning on
the job. We have a relatively simple network behind an ISA Server. We
have static external IPs as we host our Website and also maintain our own
Exchange Server. Here is my problem. My boss wants everyone to be able
to access their PCs from home and other places via the Internet. What is
the best way to do this when they are all behind ISA? We have Timbuktu.

Thanks,
Kelli
