Redirect Web Publishing Rules

Hi
I have the following configuration:
Destination Set Name=ruins which redirects to an internal IP number whenever
www.ruins.org is viewed
This works fine and as www.ruins.org is web published from within ISA
What I would like to do is, if a external browser enters www.ruins.org/test
then ISA redirects to a different IP number than that specified above.
Is this possible? I see you can include a folder name within a destination
set but I suspect that what I want to do is not actually possible!
