Realplayer issues

Hi;
We are running ISA2000 in cache mode only. When trying to view some
movies off the Internet made for Realplayer, we are being denied. We are
forcing intergraded authentication.
The link on MS web site
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/q288734/) does not help me
since I have no "application" option running ISA in cache mode.
Does anyone have any advice on how I can get Realplayer to work?
