RE: RRAS Hang at ISA Box

I recently had the same type of problems with some NIC cards.  At least
that's what I've narrowed it down too.  After the machine would process
for awhile it would just halt and not allow traffic from any machine
through
The ISA Box.  After replacing the NICS the problem went away. 
I configured them to be FULL Duplex rather then AUTO.
