RRAS And ISA Grrrrrrrrr

Since two days my RRAS don't work, and i don't know why...
Server W2K + ISA SP1
i do a connection to a vpn server(its' not a w2k) from france to Atlanta,
all users can't use terminal service or ftp, for working on the atlanta
server, but an http work !
On the the server ISA i can do all .
They are somes weeks the problem exist but i stopped and start the RRAS et
hop it's working, but today nothing rien!
Any idea ?
