RPC over HTTPS Document?

Hi!
Has anybody deployed RPC over HTTPS susscessfully in following network:
Internet >> FIrewall_1 >> ISA 2004 >> Firewall_2 >> Internal Network (1
Front-End Exchange 2003, 1 Back-End Exchange 2003, 1 GC/DC on Windows 2003
Domain).
If yes, I need your own STEP-to-STEP and troubleshooting document NOT any
document of Microsoft or other sources.
I'll send this person a present!!!
