RPC Over The Network with ISA 2004

Note: I was having problems adding a computer to a domain where the
computer was on my Internal network and the domain server was located
across the VPN on a remove network. The error from the internal machine was
an RPC error connecting to the domain. Disabling the RPC Application Filter
solved the problem. Why do you need a RPC Filter anyways?
