It's not an ISA issue. These spywares hijack your browser and make your users go to pages that they didn't ask for. Quite commonly, they'll be sent down to inexistent pages and then you get your "Page not Found" errors. My girlfriend used to make searches on google and when she clicked on the results, the spyware would take you to another search engine or to an inexistent page. As we do this, spyware seems to cause many more problems with the people using ISA. Not in terms of getting it, but those who have it often have it stop them from browsing the Internet until we can get it cleaned off.
