According to the info I found on Veritas KB it works like ARCserve, there is no
need for Netbios / CIFS traffic

These ports the ISA is blocking are basically authentication and Netbios
sessions. I guess you can't backup if you don't allow your media server to
access these ports on the server you want to backup. I know that ARCserve's
client doesn't need access to these ports, but since I never worked with
Veritas I can't say for sure.
