not, ISA is a standalone Server, without IIS.
I've configured in internal server (E2k Server) smtp and http traffic. Isa was
2 rules (Secure mail server and Web publishing) on isa server.

Sounds like you have SMTP and HTTP running on the servers. Is this an IIS box?
If yes, check the admin program for these "started" services and stop them if
this
box does not provide HTTP and SMTP intentionally.

After I've configured ISA in mode Firewall, I made a scan port through
www.securitymetrics.com and now, I've 2 ports opened (port 25 and port 80).
How can I to implement more security ?, I think that I can't to close it.
How Isa server can to hide this ports on scan port ?

thanks
