That`s something that is fixed on the Exchange
On the Exch System Manager -> Servers -> Your Server -> Protocols -> HTTP ->
right click "New "
There you can create an aditional OWA Site, on the properties, use a
diferent host header name that the default.
If you want you can use owa.yourdomain.com.
Then on the ISA, publish that site, as you do with every common HTTP site.

Have you set the home directory in IIS admin to point to /exchange/logon.asp
page?

I have working the oulook web access through ISA Server.
But it's only work if i put /exchange after OWA URL.
I've tried /exchange on destination set path and /* .But it didn't  work.
How I can to do outlook web access without /exchange ?
