Microsoft won't track you down, Nef =)
Just install Terminal Services Licensing from the add/remove control panel,
add/remove windows components button.
Then activate it (no strings attached) and you're up.

I just have a test server and I don't have a TS licensing server setup in the
test environment. I installed TS in application mode, over 90 days ago.

I´m just helping him, ok guys? =o) I´ve been there too.
There´s a way if you reset on each workstation. if you have a TS Licensing
server up and activated, you can delete the following registry hey on the
client workstation:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing
This will make the TS server issue another license to the client.

Does anyone know how to "reset" the 90 day terminal services licensing
on
a windows 2000 server? I know there has to be a way to that in the
registry. I have a test server and I need it to function beyond 90 days!
I've been searching on the net all day trying to figure it out.
