I think you're asking that on the wrong list... This is all about ISA.
Since the answers to your questions are non-trivial, I suggest you read
Mark Minasi's "Windows 2000 Server," or "Windows Server 2003," whichever
is appropriate. Or go to his website (http://www.minasi.com/) and ask
your questions on his forum.
