unfortunately, it doesn't seem to provide this functionality. ISA keeps
prompting users for name and password for the blocked sites :((

them abt. the patch you mention (ISAHF170.zip 214kb 3/7/2002) and they
said they cannot find such fix... that they need a Q article number or
some information about the case (case number if you openeed one, or
other case notes, for example)... can you let me know more details on
how you got the patch or Q article number?

Body: I had the same problem with authentication, it kept giving the
user the popup screen at random. I called Microsoft and they gave me a
patch (to fix this and it works for me).
