Nah, just change the local port to dynamic, this should get you through.
The FW client is not supported on the ISA server itself.

You need to tie it somehow to port 80.
I found that it initially connects thru port 80 then establishes
communications thru a random port from 1214 up thru 10000 I believe.
And the FW client needs to be installed and active, so I am not sure
that
you could actually use it on the ISA machine.
