I think you need to hire an ISA Server consultant and an Oracle consultant to
solve this =)

I kept working on my problem and i discovered that when i load a file into
database via sql loader the file is loaded to the Oracle Database but the
client do not answer back or do not give us back what he did ????? I mean we do
not know if the loader did do his action or not unless we check the database ..
and i order that this work normally we need to uninstall MIcrosoft fierwall
client.
