I've seen many of these Realtek 8029 go faulty. I'd put at least a 3Com or
Intel NIC there.

Hi to all.
I been having problems with the "microsoft firewall" service or other some
module of the ISA server 2004 because every 10 hours (now happened twice
in 30 minutes) the server stops responding, SOMEtimes responds and
SOMEpages load (talking about web access) but in general the internet
stops. I been checking logs and nothing appears to be wrong no error at
all (neither DNS service or SYSTEM advisories).
The only way to fix this is restarting the "microsof firewall" service,
and after that nothing on the logs appears, all looks ok.
At the client side, the clients lost contact with ISA and in the live
logging (of the ISA) shows 8080 local to locahost denied connection.
I was reading some post on the forum and found that some realtek models
had issues with ISA 2000, I'm using 2004 with realtek 8029 and 8039 NICs,
is that bug persisting?
Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
