REPGEN.exe processes

Hi
I have again a problem with the processes, but this time I don't know
what that is
I have REPGEN.exe that take 100% of the cpu and make the server hang, is
it report generator or what exactly and what I should do?
I had this morning the dllhost.exe that talked 100% of the cpu but after
I download again the file from service pack 4 the problem was resolved,
but now in the evening other processes starts again
Could you please help?
