        I don't know if it would be considered illegal.  Since it is not the
        code for ISA, it is just information derived from it.  That would almost
        be like saying any web site you have published behind an ISA server
        belongs to Microsoft itself.  Or that any e-mail you store on an

        Is this unethical, maybe illegal?  The file is derived from copyrighted
        software.  Is this much different then someone asking for a copy of ISA
