Thanks, I find the solution, my problem is from the incoming web request
I change this port for my external nic for port 81 and work fine now!

You will have to allow the port to be opened on your ISA server as well
then.. you can do that from the web publishing rules ... you have to
create a custom rule that allows incoming traffic on the specified
server to the specified port....like say you are saying that traffic
directed to 192.168.1.21:80 be sent to the server with the internal
address of 10.0.0.21:81.

I change that! But this is not changes anything from my ISA, directly
from the server I reach at port 81 but from my url this is again ISA
that redirection port 81 to 80!

You will have to change the port settings from the IIS server... go to
the IIS Server properties and from ther echange the properties to use
the port you would like to use insterad of the default port.. that is
80.
