Question about Tom's ISA 2004 Book

Tom,

In your "Best Practices" for ISA 2004, you mention to NEVER run Windows
Server Services on the ISA server, yet in your book, for the
installation for ISA 2004, you instruct users to install and run the DNS
and DHCP services on the ISA server. Could you explain?
