I am new to ISA configuration and would like to backup the system with
Veritas NetBackup. I do understand that by default the ISA 2004 Deny's
all traffic and I will have to enter IP subnets or addresses to allow
traffic.

I navigated to ISA Management/ Right Click Firewall Policy/ Selected
Edit System Policy: Both Firewall Client and Remote Management have the
allowed subnets added in order to communicate to the server. The
netbackup server is able to connect and can be pinged from the ISA
server, but the netbackup master server will not backup the ISA server.
All necessary ports are open in order for this backup to take place. Is
there any other settings or configurations I need perform in order to
allow the ISA server to be backed up by the Netbackup master server?

Thanks!
