Hi Leandro I don?t have an ISA answer for you, and I?m not sure that it is in fact that easy to do the calculations? anyway? I use SurfControl?s WEBFilter for most of my reporting, and it generates fairly accurate reports on an individual?s time spent on the net. One thing you must bear in mind is that calculating a user?s surfing time is not an exact science. For example: - User connects to website that has continual advert updates etc, thus the webpage is going to refresh itself automatically, without the user in fact surfing the net any further - User connects to website, or starts a download, and it takes so long he walks away, but it continues downloading? All I know is that when I draw reports, I throw in a pinch of salt just for good measure. :-) Cheers William R. _____ From: LEANDRO DOS S.
