Is there any documentation that explains the various options available
in the Web Listener a bit better than the help files? I think I might
have finally figured out a fix, but want to understand how I did it.

The Web listener configuration is a bit different than with ISA 2004, as
it won't all authenticated connections over an unsecure channel, IIRC.
