Dan,

Thanks for the info. I figured it was something along these lines, but
wasn't sure.

I'll check the CRM docs and see what I can find.

Thanks
Nick

MS CRM uses NT Authentication only, no basic allowed, etc. It is also a
little flaky about how well the web interface responds, sometimes it
works, and sometimes it does not.

Don't remember the specific chapter, but the CRM docs CD does have info
about configuring for a firewall. I do recall there were caveats. We
settled for access via VPN only to get it usable for outside
salespeople.

Best Regards,

Is the prompt coming from ISA or the internal web server?

Hi all,
I was wondering if its possible to publish an internally hosted CRM 1.2
web site to the internet using ISA 2000 ?

I've done the basics as far setting up the web publishing and when I try
and pull up the site, I get a network logon prompt which I think makes
sense since the site seems to use network authentication to determine
who you are. What I cannot figure out, is what to enter at this login
prompt. I've tried my account, the administrator account and no luck.
I've published plenty of web sites with ISA before and never had a
problem

Anybody have thoughts.
Nick
